Now that I have your attention, My name is Angie Waters, I've lived and worked in Richmond County all my life.  I love the area and can't see myself living anywhere else.  We have little bits of every season and are able to experience God's beauty with the blooming of trees and flowers, the changing of the leaves and even a little snow now and then.  Some may call that boring but to many folks around here, it's called HOME!

My work experience includes 20 years of customer service, associate management, and bookkeeping at Winn Dixie.  The owners decided to close all of our North Carolina stores so I was faced with choosing a new way of life.  I went back to school and obtained my associates degree in business while working part time for a local contractor and his real estate agent wife.  They talked me into going to real estate school  because they thought I had what it takes to be a realtor and they knew I had the mouth, I LOVE TO TALK AND MEET NEW PEOPLE!!

I went to school, studied hard, and passed the course exam and state test on the 1ST try (I'm proud of that)!! My friends and broker in charge who owned EXIT REALTY PLATINUM of Rockingham, Nicole & Tim Hayden, put me to work the day after the test!!  I've learned lots about this business with the help of them, my co-workers, and the realtors from other companies and I believe I can handle any challenge put before me!!
