* Two hour max to return all phone calls to clients and customers.
* I will walk you through the terms and options of your loan until you are completely comfortable and satisfied.
* My personal services extend to beyond the closing. I will always be available to answer your questions that may arise later.
* On time closings:
My #1 goal is to provide the title company with your closing documents one week prior to the closing date. Most mortgage companies will deliver the documents the day before or the day of closing. We beat the competition by providing your closing package days before closing. Having your documents to the title company well in advance of the closing date ensures fewer problems, surprises or delays. Unlike many mortgage brokers, I will attend the closing to be immediately available for you.
* Post Closing:
Again, my personal services extend to beyond the closing. I will always be available to answer your questions that may arise later. Anytime after closing it is important I am available to you. Questions regarding your closing documents, or give words of thanks, I am always here for my clients. Again, I do have a 2-hour maximum for returning all phone calls.
* Coaching/Educating:
It is very important you understand your mortgage and your terms. Whether you are a first time homebuyer, purchasing your second home, or refinancing. I will walk you through the terms and options of your loan until you are completely comfortable and satisfied. I always find certain programs suitable for my clients, whether it is downpayment assistance, or a pleasing conventional laon. I also coach on the four basic aspects of CIPA (Credit, Income, Property, Assets) when applying for any mortgage. I will educate you on the dos and don'ts that heavily affect these four topics.
