My name is Andrew Schultz, and I am a real estate agent focused primarily on working with investors in the WNY area. In addition to real estate, I also do property management and blog professionally on a variety of real estate topics (as well as the occasional recipe from my kitchen).
Outside of work, I am a volunteer EMT and I enjoy working in the field. Helping people in their time of need and giving back to my community gives me a true sense of what life is like, without being blinded by society's norms.

My preferred residential markets are Tonawanda (city and town), Amherst, and Williamsville, however I will service needs anywhere the need arises! In addition, I am familiar with the city of Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and Niagara County from living in WNY for my entire life.
