I am Amy Shair, a 25+ year veteran of real estate in the Raleigh, Durham and Cary area of NC.

| We bought our house through Amy during the Covid-19 pandemic, and I can’t imagine a realtor better than Amy in the Triangle area. We found Amy through a review site, where her clients pile praise on her professionalism and post-sale services. We had a single Zoom meeting with her before we selected her over a few other realtors in the area. Boy, we are glad that we did. Amy is honest in addressing our concerns about different houses, punctual in starting house tours, prompt in answering our emails/messages, and courteous yet firm in dealing with the other side. Amy also has a group of professionals that she relies on for different services and she always offers several options for us to choose. We have worked with a number of realtors in the past, and because we always interview a number of candidates before selecting one, we have ended up working with great realtors in their regions. Even in the group of great realtors, Amy stands out. Buying/selling a house is a stressful experience, and you can’t go wrong by having Amy in your corner. | Amy is probably the most honest real estate agent out there. She will tell you the hard truth; no beating around the bush or waffling like some other agents do, in order to sway your decision one way or the other. At the same time, she is always going to advocate for you whether you are buying or selling. She wants what’s best for her client and will put your needs and interests front and center. This time around, Amy went far above & beyond what is expected of a realtor. We had a limited amount of time to look at houses, and we lined up 20+ properties in several days. Even though we didn’t find anything immediately, Amy was more than willing to do live tours over VIDEO CHAT when we couldn’t be there in person…and it still took a few weeks. In the end, we ended up acquiring a house that we absolutely love, in a very competitive market. I think Amy’s superior knowledge and expertise of housing– and also of people– gave us the upper hand. My family is in the process of relocating to North Carolina and we had the pleasure of working with Amy in our search as we relocate from Denver.
