As owner of Divine Staging Solutions I use my knowledge to market properties that will: appeal to a broad range of potential buyers; help them to see the space; and make them feel comfortable enough in it to call it home. I love helping homeowners realize the full equity in their homes through staging and I love making everyone happy; the Homeowner, the Realtor, and the Buyer. I am always striving towards excellence in myself, my business & in the staging industry. As part of this, I am a current member of RESA, The Real Estate Staging Association.
Most people buying a home, especially first time buyers, want to feel an emotional connection with the home. They want to know that this is the one! They are easily distracted by anything they don’t like & don’t end up seeing the potential of the home. As you know, most buyers only spend about 10 minutes viewing a house. If you want offers, you need to make an impression! That's where I can help!
I can work with homeowners of occupied & vacant homes to see just what they need to do to prepare their home by doing on-site consultation of their home. At the end, I will leave them with a Room Ready Handbook™ which gives details & checklists for every room. For some homeowners, this may be enough, but I will also send a customized quote to complete the staging project where they can choose as much or as little as they want to do.
For vacant homes that only need to be staged, I provide free quotes. I will still come and view the property, take notes, measurements, determine the style & type of staging required, etc. Please note that this is information gathering only, not a consultation. Afterwards, I will send a quote to complete the staging & showcasing.
