ABOUT ANNE MARIE I have been in the real estate business for over fifteen years. The best part of my job is working with people. I believe in education to help me keep up with the ever-changing industry. Just recently I have expanded my Certified Residential Specialist designation which puts me in the top 4% of Realtors across the nation. I am also a Senior Real Estate Specialist and New Home Specialist, two designations which required extensive education. The knowledge that I have acquired has put me in a position to provide expert advise in these areas in order to help my customers and clients make sound decisions. ABOUT MEGAN I started out in the real estate business as my mom, Anne Marie's, assistant. Over the years, I became extremely interested in the industry and together we have become a successful real estate team. I received my real estate license when I was only 18 years old and I now have eight years of successful industry experience under my belt. I graduated on the Dean's List from Saint Joseph's University with a Bachelor's degree in marketing and bring a wealth of experience in customer service, information technology, negotiating, and marketing to all of my clients.I love selling real estate because I enjoy helping people achieve all of their real estate goals, whether it be buying their first homes or selling their current homes when they are ready to expand or to scale down. As a lifelong resident of Delaware County, I am knowledgeable of the local residential market and I constantly track changes in the marketplace so that my clients have the most current data available in order to make sound decisions.
