| “The house and land I had for sale had been on the market for a year or so with another realtor that did a very poor job. So, I took it off the market for a short time and rented it to a friend. Then the time came when I could put it on the market again and saw a sign nearby Wade Gum, so thought I'd try him out. Our house was unique so all the pricing in the area didn't really agree with our figures that we thought it was worth. So, Wade helped us come up with a figure and we listed with him. After just a short while we were able to sell the house by doing an owner finance and Wade worked with the buyer's realtor and got all the paper work done, including the Note. We were very pleased with Wade Gum! He will work with you to either buy property or sell property.” |

| "You have never met a better realtor team than he and his wife. They will list your property with more internet web sites than you knew were available. He will do his own virtual tour video and take numerous pictures. He will send you all the sites and links which your property is listed with and ask for your approval and feedback. He will send you monthly reports on the number of times anyone has "hit" on any of your property sites. He will notify you if he gets a telephone call from a client or even another realtor. Also if he plans on showing the property, he will e-mail you. He must live out there somewhere and always seems to be available when you want an update. If anyone can sell your property...He can." |
