I.E. there is a new Medical office being built 1/2 mile from a residence. This may appeal to medical professionals looking for a new home.
I am plugged in to the most current local, regional and national information centers when it comes to real estate in the Northwest Indiana/ Chicagoland Corridor. From medical centers to multifamily properties, I can get the most current and comprehensive market data. a few of my sources such as Costar, Loop Net, Real Capital Analytics and the Northwest Indiana MLS gives me unlimited access to the properties available in Northwest Indiana and the surrounding area. This means I can present a list to you of properties that best match your investment goals/needs.
