I started in the Business in the mid 70's with a broker developer on the westside of LA/Beverly Hills areas & specialized in Residential & Residential Income properties sales. My company then started to acquire medium size office buildings. As a result I learned office leasing/ industrial leasing. Two years later I went to work for a large National Residential Real Estate Company and help said company create their Commercial Division. Ater 2 more years I was offerred a sales office Manager position and was trained to become a Branch Manager.
In 1986 I was one of the three founders and Principal of a New Real Estate company that eventually grew into a 3 branch office and had a sales force of 300+ real estate agents in the Burbank/Glendale/Toluca Lake communities
My experience and area of expertise consists of Residential, Commercial/Industrial sales and Leases and grew into Office Management and Ownership. I am currently developing a Real Estate Team known as The Alain & Angel Raynaud Team
