It's difficult to say I "specialize" in a specific market area. I have been a full time professional real estate agent for over 28 years, so I have engaged in a variety of numerous types of transactions. I have several educational designations and enjoy working with vacation 2nd homes, first home time buyers, waterfront homes, investment properties and land. I love real estate and all the ecletic people from all different walks of life!
