Personal
Annette Lawrence: Over twenty years experience in real estate as well as an extensive business background having served in executive and administrative positions. My work experience includes commercial real estate sales and management as an owner of Landmark Properties. In addition, I served as president of Northstar Financial Group, Inc. which handled a specialized aspect of asset recovery. I have also worked as an agent for New England Life Insurance and as a loan officer for Republic Bank in St. Petersburg.
Originally from the Midwest, Annette moved to Pinellas County in 1977. She earned her Associate of Arts degree from St. Petersburg College followed by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Pinellas Realtor Organization and the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce.
