I LOVE WHAT I DO.  I started off in residential real estate in Florida.  I didnt like making money , grinding and sharing it with a broker.  As i began bringing commercial deals to the table and knew my growth potential.  I knew i had to step out and make the things happen i needed to make happen.  I got introduced to a community of Investors that said "once you get tired of stepping over the dollars, to get to the pennies!  you'll come over to the real world of money investing.  I got tired and i did.  I was finding properties and selling the paper like water.  I then stepped into the arena of Flipping Homes, didnt like spending my cash for surprises.  But I did know how to lease/option my properties, then get financing for my tenants.  Knew how to make a dollar.  I have then since graduated and stepped into commercial real estate.  I know how to make the properties "Do what they Do".  I have several hotels for sale, several new construction condos projects, in brazil, Dominican Republic, & Panama.Dont let me forget apts from 12-322 units  Step into my WORLD.
