Get to Know Noelle Barbone

I have been a PA licensed Realtor since 1969 obtaining my Broker license in 1984. My father owned a Real Estate company in Delaware County and he taught me the real estate business!  I am very proud of the accomplishments of my father and the things he taught me.  I learned the importance of Real Estate History and the importance of Private Property Rights in our Country.  He instilled in me how critical it is to follow the Law of Agency and how to properly represent our clients.  [Back in that time period, our only clients happened to be the sellers -  we have come a long way baby!]

When my father retired I obtained my PA Broker Licensed and moved my license to a different Broker who sold the business to Jim Weichert.  Weichert, Realtors offered me the opportunity to move into Branch Management. For the past 26+ years I have been involved in helping Real Estate salespeople grow their business.  I am proud to say I have launched hundreds of real estate careers in Delaware and Chester Counties since the late 1980's.  It is great to see so many these agents still in the business and successful!

Presently managing Weichert, Realtors Media Office.  We have over 50 agents serving Delaware, Chester & Montgomery Counties and Philadelphia.  We have agents who are dualy licensed in PA and Delaware or New Jersey to help to service the needs of their clients.

We speak a variety of languages in my office as well.

Certifications

I am also a PA certified Real Estate Instructor. I have taught an assundry of real estate topics such as RE Broker Management, RE Law, Contracts, Lease Purchase, Conveyancing, and many other related topics.

Currently I am teaching a State Certified Broker Management Course [30 hours] for Suburban West Realtor Association School.

I believe in investing in my profession and sharing my knowledge and expertise helps me to fulfill that investment.

In the 1990's I was very active in the Association of Realtors serving on a variety of committees.  My proudest time was when I was asked to Chair a Legislative Committee to change the Agency Law in Pennsylvania to incorporate Buyer Agency into our practice.  It was a privilege to work with this group of dedicated real estate and legal professionals in our state!  Crafting the law and then taking it to Harrisburg to lobby in the House and the Senate was a rewarding experience.  When the Governor signed our finished bill and it became law in November 1999 I knew I was in the right Profession!
