One of the strengths Allan possesses as a buyers agent is his knowledge of the different neighborhoods in the St. Petersburg area. He knows where to get the best coffee in the Edge district, where to go antiquing in Midtown, and where the best park for a picnic is in the Old Northeast. Allan loves going to the beach and can tell you where the tastiest ice cream shop in St Pete Beach is or where to purchase last minute snorkeling supplies near Reddington or Madeira Beach.

Prior to working in real estate, Allan was an elementary school teacher. He has two degrees; one in fine arts and one in education. He grew up in Canada and has lived in England and Australia. Allan has been married to his wonderful husband for four years. He enjoys travelling and has visited more than 30 cities across the globe.
