eXceed your expectations - I will strive to exceed your expectations by providing frequent and prompt communication, dependable data, advice supported by evidence and strong negotiating skills on your behalf.
I work with all types of buyers and sellers - from novices to investors. I particularly enjoy working with architecturally interesting properties - especially those in the modernist/contemporary/minimalist styles.
I concentrate on the higher middle to luxury markets - for my market area that would mean a property in excess of $300K listing price and above - but I work with anyone at any budget. My service remains equal to all my clients, regardless of their budgets.
Other areas of interest are eco-friendly and environmentally sound homes and home improvements, historical properties, oceanfront homes and estates.
