I am the 'HowSold' name, and my Marketing Plan always has 3 main objectives;
1 - To get my clients as much money as possible. My strong negotiating skills are one of my most valuable assets.
2 - To expose my client's property to the greatest number of potential purchasers. I go where the eyes are.
3 - To get my client's home SOLD IN 30 DAYS!
I am a Real Estate Professional. I know what I know, I know what I don't know, and I know the difference between the two. What I know, I tell, and what I don't know, I find out. I always want my clients to have the right answers because My Purpose is to make my clients so outrageously happy with the help that I give them that they'll gladly introduce me to at least 2 people that they really care about even before our transaction is complete. And, that they will do this not out of sense of obligation, but because they honestly believe it to be true.
My main area of expertise is Residential Real Estate and Farms, but lately, I have been working with quite a few Investors, and I'm really enjoying it. I am an investor myself, so real estate investors feel very comfortable working with someone with knowledge and experience, like me. I have a great team behind me for every transaction to make it as smooth as possible for my clients. My Home Inspector is a builder and investor himself. My lawyer is what I refer to as a 'pitbull' as he doesn't miss a thing. I have two great mortgage brokers, and if they can't find the right money and terms for clients, no one can. Real estate is my business, and I take it very seriously.
I've been licensed to sell real estate since 1991 and am loving everything about the business! I work the cities/towns within Elgin, Middlesex and Lambton Counties.
