With a proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals in the real estate industry across a diverse portfolio with a proven understanding of the real estate operational cycle.  

He possesses deep knowledge and understanding of development and construction with a demonstrated ability to build and direct effective teams to manage major development projects. He has supervised and worked  at all levels through C-Suite level. 

He's a strong team orientated leader with excellent interpersonal skills as a result he has become an influential figure in development throughout Phoenix.

He has excelled in areas such as Asset Management, Real Estate Economics, Land Acquisition and Development, Real Estate Transactions, Capital Markets.

In 2018 he founded 602 Commercial Real Estate and Development a boutique development firm and commercial real estate brokerage.  Alex has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Entrepreneurship (BBA) and earned his Masters of Real Estate Development from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
