| Alan is absolutely the best. As an agent, he is savvy, flexible, readily available, and genuinely invested in getting you the best home possible. Both times we've purchased a house with Alan, we've been shocked by his objectivity in steering us away from houses that we've wanted—and ones that would have been an easy sell for him—but yet financially irresponsible for our family; Alan’s practicality and sincerity in these very emotionally-charged situations stand out to me still and remind me that above being a phenomenal realtor, Alan is a phenomenal person. Additionally, Alan has an edge on other realtors in terms of his expertise of the industry, his highly regarded reputation among his clients and fellow Realtors, his diplomacy, his inherent kindness, not to mention his serious photography skills (I can go online and guess the houses Alan represents simply based on the exceptional quality of the pictures, which no doubt play a huge role in selling your house). | After putting our home on the market last year with no final sale, we were reluctant to put the house back on, thinking the timing may not be quite right. Boy were we wrong! We listed our home with Alan & Melissa after they had presented us with a wealth of market information, pricing guidance and their personal experience in listing similar homes to ours. We felt they really took the time to get to know our objectives and reasons for selling and were able to generate terrific, compelling marketing collateral to support their equally impressive knowledge of potential buyers and agents. End result- we had an offer before the 1st open house, and a full price offer a day later. They were able to negotiate a closing date that worked in our favor but more impressive was the fact they kept in constant contact- updating us on other homes for sale and market information and continuing to stay involved in a rather long period between contract and closing date. Most agents would be on to the next deal, but Alan & Melissa made us feel like we were their only client- from day 1. We look forward to the next time! |
