With the 25 plus years as a licensed full time active Realtor and Loan Officer in Surf City USA. This Real Estate & Loan Mortgage experience has given me a great prospective on how the Selling and Buying process works. Foreclosures and Defaults are my favorite deals to service. I have sold many homes with this distinction and I pride myself on staying informed on the lastest inovative techniques. it seems to be a new challenge each and every transaction and I discover many new friends along the way who really need my expertise! Eventually when I end up closing the Sales, it puts me that much closer to helping the nice people in need. I know that freeing them from the parrels of foreclosure and putting them within reach of rebuilding their life and their poor credit history is so important. I am always staying in touch to coach them along until one day they are ready to buy another home a few years later even after the close of Escrow.

Another area I love is meeting the first time buyer who needs a home in Huntington Beach, Westminster, or Seal Beach in the Orange County California area. This is one of the few California Coastal Community of homes & Beach like towns that still offer great prices and a casual small town feel!

My final favorite is dealing in Commercial Apartments with Commercial Investors. I like selling Apartment units to the long time Apartment Building Investor or the mutiple investment buyer who needs some real number crunching in order to put the next investment in their portfolio. My finest challenge is Commercial Office or Light Industrial Buildings for Sale in Orange County CA. Finally it is real exciting to be part of the redevelopment of this great city known as Surf City USA!!
