We are a husband/wife team based in Fishers Indiana whihc is located in  southern Hamilton county, representing the northern suburbs of Indianapolis, IN. We both grew up in this area and have been married for 18 years. We built our first house here and now are in our 3rd residence in Hamilton County! We have 2 children and like it here because of the small town feel with the access to the big city and what it has to offer. Jim graduated from Southern Illinois and has been a Realtor/broker for almost 2 decades. Katie graduated from Indiana University and also has a degree from Purdue in Interior Design. She is especially good at staging, space planning, analyzing floor plans and well, interiors in general! We like to think that we offer the services and knowledge of two for the price of one!
