One of Agan's favorite sayings, "You don't pick a lender for a client based on the number of bagels they bring to the Tuesday morning sales meetings!" exemplifies her desire to find the right solutions for every client, AND for the property they intend to purchase.

Though the walls and shelves are filled with accreditations and awards, their most important treasure is the first letter of appreciation sent to Beckie Agan from a first-time home buyer.  Lovingly matted and framed, it has a prominent place in her office.  This letter, along with other items given to Agan by clients (like a cartoon and poem) is a constant reminder of the most important part of the process.... YOU!
