Matt has been an active real estate investor for over 11 years, as well as a top-producing real estate agent at his brokerage in Florida.  His primary investment strategies include wholesaling, renovations for quick resell, as well as holding rental properties for passive income and appreciation.

Matt has spoken to audiences of more than 2,000 people, and has traveled throughout the Southeast United States teaching and speaking at seminars related to the real estate industry. His entertaining and energetic teaching style makes him an audience favorite wherever he goes.

In 2013, Matt founded the Professional Investors Guild, a real estate investment education company that provides workshops, resources, and one-on-one mentoring to help both new and seasoned real estate investors achieve their financial goals. The charter club is one of the fastest growing investor groups on the Gulf Coast, and additional chapters are being launched in Charlotte, NC and Mobile, AL at the end of 2014.

While Matt loves teaching, equipping, & inspiring entrepreneurs and real estate professionals, his greatest joy in life is his family. He is married to his best friend and biggest cheerleader, Abbie Raine, and has 5 incredible children, Olivia, Ethan, Elijah, Emma, and Ivy Joy.
