Get to Know Debbie Stvan - ASP IAHSP

I started my career in the US Army. As a nine year veteran, I learned many skills to include management, working with deadlines, and I thrive under pressure. I also understand the stresses of selling a home being that I have personally moved quite a bit myself. I decided that my passion in life is real estate. I started my real estate career with buying, renovating and selling homes, a.k.a. "flipping". Having this experience enables me to handle projects of all sizes and aspects and complete them quickly and efficiently. It has also given me a great network of contractors to get the job done. I realized I could best use my talents in Staging homes for sale. It balances my love for renovation and design. I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), an IAHSP, and fully insured. The Accredited Staging Professional Designation is the ONLY nationally recognized professional designation for Home Staging. When Staging becomes about things and not your house, then you are working with a decorator and not a trained Stager. I have successfully staged and assisted in selling numerous homes. Certifications

Staging & Interior Redesign fees range depending on the scale and scope of the project. Each job is treated individually, as the majority of homes are never the same. On average, however, most Staging jobs require 2 days to complete and can vary significantly in cost depending on the size of the home, number of rooms to be Staged and the degree of Staging desired. All Staged homes will be placed on Stagedhomes.com and at no charge to you. StagedHomes.com brings maximum exposure to you and your Staged listings with over 7 Million hits per month. I will meet with you to listen to your goals and to discuss our services and fee's in detail. Investment is free.

Staging Consultation Report

From the curb to the basement, I look for cost effective ways to make changes and/or improvements that will make the house more appealing to the widest range of buyers. The customized report is detailed, usually 35-50 pages, of what needs to be done to stage the property in accordance with ASP standards. It also includes digital photographs of your property and recommendations that are prioritized. I will first come to take notes on your home and take pictures. I will meet with you and discuss the report in great detail and follow up to see the progress. Investment starts at $200.

Partial Staging Service

You choose what you want to do yourself and we do the rest. Investment will depend on scope of work.

Full Staging Service

I will do all the staging and will provide you with a contractor list for addition services. I will work with you and your budget to make the most of your home's charm. Investment will depend on scope of work.

I will stage both vacant and lived in homes.
