We have been in real estate since 1992 and we own and operate Century 21 Lady of the Lakes located in Michigan.  We have many account currently and service Fannie Mae, National City, Citibank, and Fifth Third.  I enjoy working with REO properties and the many challenges associated with them.  I have team of local contractors which help me preserve the bank properties.

I also meet with pre foreclosure clients to help them with loan modifications.  I am certified to do loan modifications have serviced Freddie Mac properties.  My goal is to try to help homeowners stay in their home if they can afford to. If the homeowner does not qualify, I will sell the property.

I am also with a program that leases foreclosed properties to the tenants that are stuck in REO properties.  I help the banks fix up the properties and aid the tenants into another home once it is sold. 

I enjoy helping people and have the advantage of being in the real estate industry for a long time.  This is a career with many challenges but I am determined to stay in the industry for many more years!!!!!!!!!
