Several years ago I signed up with RealPro thinking their lead generation value proposition was true... more Several years ago I signed up with RealPro thinking their lead generation value proposition was true. Unfortunately, my experience has been a bad one. Initially I had to choose some bells and whistles that resulted in additional costs, so that the website would remain current as their internal technology was frequently updated. Of course that was a lie. About a year later I discovered that my site was not mobile friendly, so they attempted me to upgrade for a cost similar to my initial investment (around $500). Mind you that the entire time I have had the website (over three years) not one lead was generated in spite of my marketing developing and inserting tons of fresh, relevant and original content on various internal pages and blogs. Our calls to RealPro customer service were never quick, nor helpful - leads never showed up. This is the icing on the cake: In early march we notified RealPro that we had decided to move on, but they ignored us. In May they started to ask for additional monthly charges that began to accumulate as a result of them ignoring our request. So by late June you would think that they got the message we wanted out. No, by mid July they started threatening to send our past due charges (since April '16) to collection. We reiterated we had given sufficient notice (we are not under annual contract), but they insist they will not pull the plug until we pay accumulating monthly charges that continue as a result of them not listening to our request to terminate. You would think someone would pick up the phone, call us and try to stop the non-sense. Nope! I think this whole narration simply describes that RealPro does not deliver on their promise and their poor customer service seems consistent with everything else they do. I have to give their sales' team for talking a good game, if the rest of the company would deliver like the sales' team promises then I would still be there. Really, really think about it before engaging this company.

I tried to resolve my issues with the company and I even spent money to provide facts, valid audit site report from different company which is why my site not functioning the way other Realpro Systems sites appearing on the internet especially on Google. Some of my valid issues that I am having including problem with indexing, site crawl, sidelinks, lost complete Seo visibility and many other noticeable items. They decided to ignore the facts, not to resolve the issues and management won’t return my calls or emails after being a customer for many years. I believe they know what to do but they decided that is not suitable for them and easier to terminate my contact and business relationship by themselves NOT ME. They are telling me that nothing wrong with my site and can’t provide solution and it’s always room for improvement. Can you believe this? A service failure occurs when service falls short of expectations. Yesterday, I received a call from their customer support lead member and some rude manager that they are decided to cancel my contract and not to fix any of issues. Usually, customer cancels the service but they are running their business opposite way and breaching their due diligent to fix what caused my issues after recent site upgrade. How about the damages they caused my business and me financially over the years and inconvenience. They are completely ignoring to provide me any reasons. I told them this is not right, uncalled for; illegal and they are only referring to contract terms which I don’t know yet. This is how they are treating their customers that they know more about technology and they don’t want people to realize that. Recently they charged me for upgrades to responsive site which all my recent issues started from that point. As of courtesy they could have offered me full refund and to see if I am going to accept it or not. I started to talk with customer support team, they couldn’t resolve it, and I contacted the support team leader and promise after promise and keep telling experiment different stuff and I finally tried to contact the management to provide them with facts and report for them to review. I send many emails, phone calls to higher up management but they completely ignored everything and I was getting calls back that they are not available to talk. Even, the sales manager won’t return my calls or emails, they want your money but not to service what they advertising and promising. I know few employees that acknowledged the issues but they told me they have no say on it. They decided to cancel my site based on the contract terms which I am still waiting to review and not to fix the issues after being customer for over 6 years. I asked them to provide me the contract and valid reasons for me to investigate and consult with appropriate agencies and legal representative. I spent thousands of dollars to build my site and paid them for any changes, upgrade and hosting, managing including the IDX integration. As a customer if site or product not functioning and performing accurately, I believe that I have certain rights to asked them to fix my issues. I even offered them to build me a brand new site to correct the issues. It’s like TV you buying and getting new one instead that is not in working condition. I never told them that I am canceling my site and I always waiting patiently but this is what I got in return after many years. Total ignorant, lack of knowledge, very poor management, none responsive company employees and horrible customer service. This company not performing and they want easy way out and I am very upset. Usually, I won’t write negative reviews but as a customer I have a right to express and get the service that I deserve. By definition, a service failure is an experience that falls short of a customer’s expectations. This puts the customer at a crossroads. The service failure is amplified if the company fails to fix the problem. It might even negate the impact of previous satisfactory experiences and cause the customer to dwell on the one service failure. The customer can develop confirmation bias where they expect the company to provide poor service and selectively filter information based on whether it supports their opinion. What would you do?
