People want video now. Virtual tours are a thing of the past. It is so easy to create a video with even your phone or a camera and upload it to YouTube and embed it in a blog. I have seen it help SEO and is such an easy and great way to get a point across. YouTube is a huge part of any Realtors took kit.

Also YouTube is a great site to search for lessons about Real Estate, videos about listing presentations, buyers presentations, and see what other agents may be doing to say current and successful.

Not only it is easy to create and upload videos to YouTube, it is going to be seen by many - soon - thanks to power of Google. You may not need separate SEO for your videos on YouTube - to best of my knowledge.
With additional annotations, one can also link their websites for additional leads.
Nothing better than YouTube for sure....

Youtube is easy to search for videos - whether it's a popular video or song or how to. It's rather simple to use - it's no wonder it's become so popular.
It's easy to save videos into your favorites. I do, however, wish that it was easier to customize your own channel and prioritize reviews.
They have an analytics section. too so you can see how many views your videos are getting and even at what point in the video become click off.

Why have cable when you can watch targeted YouTube videos that you choose? I love YouTube! I'm even considering YouTube Red which is the paid subscription version with no ads. I can still watch late night TV when I want, where I want. I love that I can tag videos to watch later, subscribe to channels and show friends. I also have an Apple TV which has been a dream. I can stream photos or videos from my iphone 6 directly to my HD TV. You can learn anything you want by searching endless video options. I even learned how to replace the inside tank parts of my Mom's toilet! I would definitely recommend YouTube to Rainers.

You have the option to make your videos private or you have the option to make your video public. That is up to you. Other people can also like or comment on your video.

YouTube is great idea for sharing videos, no question. But its application to commercial endeavors can be a bit - segmented. To fully take advantage of Google's YouTube (did you know that YouTube was a Google product?) you need to also create accounts and register with Google's Analytics, AdWords, AdSense, and Google Plus. In addition to wading through these less than user friendly services you need to connect your YouTube to Facebook and Twitter (and any other social media site that is a part of your network). The point is, there can be a lot of steps to take to setup your YouTube to maximize its efficiency - but this doesn't stop you from posting videos and letting social media nature take its course.
Normally I award Google Products 5 stars, but I have recently realized that not everyone is as tech savvy as I am and that a normal person isn't aware of and just doesn't want to deal with the vast array of extra work that some Google products require for them to reach their maximum efficiency. But then again, what more do you really need than the ability to post a video and share it around the world with the click of a button?

This is a great site that allows one to upload and share video with one another.
I use it and give links to others for sharing.
The only annoying is the interjection of commercials. I am a realtor who just completed another 4 years of CEU. It asked me to signup for more. Also there is so much junk on it I wish I can remove some videos there.
All in all this is great site.
