Review for Premier Agent Websites

If you are looking for an efficient website for an affordable price, the Zillow Premier Agent site could be right for you. I recently set up one of these sites as a secondary website to use with my Craigslist marketing. The set up was fairly easy since it is a WordPress style. You are able to choose a template for the way you want your site to look and then customize it with your photos and content. The best part for me (other than the great $10 per month price) is that it offers an IDX feed from our local MLS. Now, I am able to make a custom search and post it on Craigslist or my ActiveRain blog. You can set up a search with the city (or subdivision), price range, number of bedrooms and baths and post that link anywhere you like. The only downfall is that you can't customize the search with the zip code, so if you enter a subdivision name, there might be another subdivision with that same name in another part of the state. That means your results will have some listings that could be far out of the desired area. I am hoping that Zillow will offer a solution to this problem soon. Overall, this is a good website even if you don't use it for anything except the IDX to attract and capture buyer leads. I think mine is rather nice.
