Realgeeks is such a bargain compared to some of those others! I pay $170 a month for the site w/IDX included. I haven't done pay per click so I can't speak to the budget for that. I have heard people rave about the 'backend' for other more expensive systems as far as being able to assign leads to different agents - I have found the administrative side of Realgeeks to more than meet my needs. The company has been easy to work with when I've needed help or had a question.
