So after being with 3 other companies and feeling my opinions didn't matter, my needs for IDX were not being addressed, and "the feel" of the site not being the best, I left for greener pastures at RealGeeks. Initially, I was quite happy with my previous IDX providers, but the conversion trends were always reversing after several months of membership. I found this to be distressing and concerning. I felt my conversion numbers should have increased with time. After all we pay for performance. Not a bad attitude about my content writing. So I left and haven't looked back.
Basically RealGeeks is where you want to be for great IDX, a sticky website, and a CRM that is basic and intuitive. I really enjoy the customer service, the facebook mastermind group, and the witty banter from the CEO. So the better question than "Who should I use" is "why you wouldn't use RealGeeks?"
