Against my better judgment, I was induced by Sandy to purchase several zip code from Realtor.com. The sales person at Realtor.com kept citing the stats that in a year, the cost of the monthly leads is well paid back with closed sales. Well, after 4 months of paying big bucks, not one single viable lead is in my pocket. Calling to cancel the account, Realtor.com has tried to strong-arm me to keeping with the system with the threat of collection. So be it. I have no signed contract with them and am ready to put my legal training to the test. Realtor.com should reimburse me for all the fees they have charged over the last 4 months. In my opinion, they should just join Zillow, because they are not helping agents to find success in any form. IMHO Rainers: SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
