Realtor.com was once a great website and offered very competitive advertising pricing for agents. They've followed suit and are possibly more expensive than advertising on Zillow now. None of them are affordable in my market, especially if you're just starting out. The lead conversion of weeding through the calls is exhausting. I'm sticking to organic searches from long tail keywords. Those are the serious buyers.
