As a Realtor, I really had faith that Realtor.com would be better than Zillow. But my experience with them has been nothing but garbage. The latest ongoing saga I have with them is trying to get my testimonials from testimonialtree.com onto my page. For unknown reasons, they won't transfer over to my page like they do for everyone else and they refuse to fix it for me. Going on 3 months and still no resolution. They just aren't doing anything about it and apparently refuse to give me the time of day. So... as I constantly meet buyers through my open houses and elsewhere, I ask them what website they use when shopping online. If they say Realtor,com, I tell them that it's a garbage website and that I recommend they use Zillow. I also tell my Realtor cohorts about my experience with Realtor.com.
