Has very appealing sales pitch and tactics to get you to sign a contract that you can't get out of. They tell you they have the best leads in your neighborhood and they will only charge you when they send you a lead. They guaranty performance, well the leads you get are not local at all and worth than Zillow leads. Also, they said they will do the email drip campaign to re-engage leads well out the dozens of leads they send me none of them actually opens these emails they were all going to junk mail, overall very bad service. I wanted to get out after two months and they kept inforcing my contract I eventually had to cancel the credit card so they will not keep charging me also, I've submitted a complaint with BBB since they are requesting me to pay $1300. You can do a better job your self by advertising on Facebook for $150/ month to get leads than letting them do it!
Bottom line stay away... you'll be glad you did!
