Review for Z57 Websites

Extremely poor customer service. I discontinued service with this company after multiple bad experiences with their support team sand multiple issues with my site. After calling to cancel, they continued to charge my card for the following month. Upon noticing the charge and contacting them again, they could not find any record of my previous call to cancel and indicated that I would have to pay another month (2 months from my original call) before they could cancel my account. The manager was completely indifferent and did not offer to resolve the issue. So, I just paid it and thought it would be resolved after that. Today, nearly 3 years later, they charged my credit card out of the blue for an additional month of service. Upon contacting customer service, they said that there was still an outstanding balance owed on the account from 2014 and would not reverse the charges. I spoke with the manager on both occasions, and they were in no way apologetic for the issues. They just kept re-emphasizing that the balance was owed and they would not be reversing the charges. They suggested disputing the charge with my bank. This company has no sense of service and there are many many other web providers out there that do a much better job.
