I'm a Webinar Junkie and usually watch 6 - 10 a week. I think I first discovered this on a Bob Corcoran Group weekly webinar. Usually, after a few minutes, I start thinking "ok, they're trying to sell me something. Wonder what the price is?" . This webinar was really unique in that it showed a product that combined what I was paying a few other companies to do, and it was MUCH cheaper. They' now added a toll-free Call Capture option at a reasonable price as well, so I'll need to re-do my riders and Marketing Material, but will save $$ in the long run.
They make a single-site website for the property, will do a visual tour with your slides, make online ads for you (c/p), design print material, Mobile ready sites,and now the Call Capture with voice description (computerized, if you want it) and text options. Pretty much ALL that you need to give good service. Add your personal touches on top of theirs for excellent Marketing!
Their system is SO simple that even an old codger like me can work it.
