I don't use this service anymore but I highly recommend it to first time listing presenters and agents just starting to get their feet wet. It's polished and professional and easy to navigate. Don't get me wrong you can continue to use it for however long you want, I've just moved on from listing presentations. Check out their site and see if their service is in a format you like.
