Any california agent will receive zipforms as part of the california dues. This includes Ziplogix for electronic signatures. This i the best service provided by the association, along with free phone calls to the legal hotline. The forms, such as offers, disclosures etc are already loaded into the system with signature places in place, so it doesnt take time to place the signatures. Just specify who is the buyer, the agent, the seller, etc and hte forms are populated.
I wold recommend a newbie agent take a quick training class on the system. It will be a part of your daily life!
