Review for iPad

iPad is changing the way I do real estate, the latest and greatest change among many innovations over the course of my 40-year long real estate career. Portable Internet access is the most obvious convenience, but I also use my iPad for flexible listing and buyer presentations created with the Keynote and Numbers apps from Apple, electronic signatures on listing and contract documents (using the SignMyiPad app), anywhere/any time access to my client files (through Dropbox), and so much more. Mine is an iPad2, which I understand has a longer battery life than the iPad3. I chose WiFi with 3G so I could still use my iPad, even on the rare occasions when there is no WiFi available. While 3G probably isn't essential, if money is an object, I've been glad to have it at times.
