Technically it is trying to match the sellers ware with prospective buyers. In reality some one who can get around the system. The company claimed it has many patents protecting clients.....It is only for REPUTABLE
realtors. How do know someone who is reputable and not? I will go to local realtor board to discover pocket or coming soon listings..... It is hard to give this site a full 5 *s.....
