For 15 dollar one can submit a rental appls at no cost to landlords or property manager,
For 35 dollars one gets the credit report, eviction history, sex offender(new) on the applicant,
It is an all in one product product and making manager job simpler.
I will recommend to any landlord/property manager requiring it.
