My Fax has been a solution in our house for the subcontractor that doesn't have email. The faxing can reach us anywhere we are through our cell phones. The subs get paid on time and we have the records easily accessible. For the low monthly fee nothing else can replace it at this time, unless of course the subs all get current with their technology and scan and email.
