Review for Mail Chimp

I have used MC free for about a year and still do. We are just about to start the monthly service to get access to more advanced feature of Auto Responders. ~ Great free version! ~ Cheaper paid version than CC ~ Easy to use.* ~ Full of great features. *I believe that all the good email tools/services require a bit of a learning curve if you want robust high quality email campaigns.
