It's a beautiful thing to be able to email documents to a seller to make a quick status change or price change on their property. I can do business in the comfort of my home while listening to my wife scream at the Bears game on a Sunday afternoon!
I have tried three separate digital signature programs and this is by far the most user friendly, easiest to use, and sophisticated of the group. I love the fact that you can group sellers together and set a clear order for document signatures!
