I am using it for the last 2 months, coming from Mojo. PROS: It keeps you moving forward dialing and avoiding distractions with unnecessary features. When you get a contact, you have to drop it or schedule it to call again. The home page calendar is great to keep you following up on your leads. CONS: Do not have general search field to find your contacts among your campaigns. (The campaigns are like folders that contains the prospects and their Tels.) The Expired campaigns, automatically created from Landvoice's data do not include all the necessary information: old MLS ID for cross reference, Apt. # if the property is a CONDO or HOA. The contacts can not be edited to add or change phone numbers, if you need that you will have to create a new lead. When creating a campaign manually from a particular source, you can not save the "fields mapping template" therefore you it is required to map field by field every time you are importing a list of contacts to create a new campaign. In general is a good, simple and easy to use dialer, but still needs some maturity for our industry. They said that they are working on improve it. I will post more details in the future about my experience with it.
