I have been using Realty Juggler for less than a month, but in that short time, I have discovered th... more I have been using Realty Juggler for less than a month, but in that short time, I have discovered that it is a gem! By the way, I still have my Top Producer subscription, which I've had for about 8 months now and still don't use it. I find it cumbersome. I will be calling today to cancel it. Here's 2 ways it's better than Top Producer for me: 1) Top Producer's contact types (categories) are not easily set up, or changed. My VA created duplicate categories in TP (ie Seller and Sellers). It was not easy to clean up my categories in TP. I tried several times and gave up. But when I exported the data to RJ the first thing I worked on was cleaning up the categories (since they exported exactly the way they had been in TP). Realty Juggler's method was so intuitive and easy. I just click on a button to see who is in that category. And whether it's 3 people or 500, I can click on multiples and remove the category, add another, or move them all to a different category. Then RJ prompts me to delete a category if it has no one assigned to it. I like that too. I couldn't stop raving about it to colleagues. All my contacts are cleaned up now and in correct categories. And I accomplished that in two sessions. 2) Top Producer does not provide a list of upcoming birthdays. I discussed this on a popular FB group for TP users. It seems that remembering contact birthdays is a feature real estate agents can use. I used it all the time when I had Pat Zaby's Respond for Outlook (no longer supported so I don't use it). I like knowing whose birthdays are coming up so I can sit down at the beginning of the month and write all my birthday cards at once. I put the date to mail in the stamp corner of the envelope, and mail them out on those days. I could not do this with TP. I can with RJ! I go to the tasks, sort by birthday and there they are! I've already used this in the short time I've been playing with RJ. I also had the Keller Williams eEdge product until 4 months ago. I had it for almost 3 years as I was with KW. It does not compare to RJ. Imagine, I was so dissatisfied with the eEdge product (included in my monthly fee to KW so I was not paying extra) that I chose to purchase Top Producer (which turned out to be a mistake since I ended up not using it). There are some good things about the KW product. But the biggest turnoff for me was the fact that the action plans module was not fully developed yet. It was still in beta mode and always being worked on. I had my assistant use it for setting up a campaign to Expireds and we ended up scratching that and just keeping tabs manually. Maybe they've changed this in the last few months, but development moves slowly so I doubt it. At the end of the day, the CRM that works best is the one you USE. For me, that is turning out to be Realty Juggler. And at $99 for the year, the price can't be beat. Visually, the Realty Juggler interface is kind of ugly. It sort of reminds me of how websites looked 15 years ago. But that's OK. Because it works and it works great. RJ also gives you a 90 day trial and that is way more than anyone else. In 3 months you can definitely put it to the test and decide if it works for you. Additionally, if you refer friends you each get two months added to your subscription (email me LOL!). RJ has short video tutorials on each section. So you don't have to watch an hour to figure out a specific item. Just watch the short video for that item. This is a great way to learn. RJ also keeps tracks of listings, pendings, income, expenses, continuing education and so much more. I am certain that I will be discovering new ways to use it every week. For now, I am just delighted that my contact list is up to date, I am mailing a monthly newsletter to each and I'm sending hand written birthday cards. The rest will be implemented a little at a time until I am using each feature fully. Big thumbs up to Realty Juggler!
