Have been testing out Contact Management Programs for the past year. I think it is essential to our business. What I like about IXACT is that is has everything an agent needs to stay in communication with clients. I like the dashboard and it is pretty easy to figure out. They have good customer support if you need any help and you reach a LIVE person located here in the United States. Those are the good points. What does not work for me is that IXACT does not interface with gmail and I do not want to put my contacts in twice. While it sounds great to just have one place for your contacts, the other day I went to find one and the system was down until 10am so I could not access anything. I start my workday at 8am so I was happy that I could fall back to my gmail. Also, the program is very slow moving when going from contacts to task to calendar..very slow. Gmail is much quicker. I would like one place to put all my contact information and then be able to add to the calendar or task from the same window. It is not my computer because it was slow in my office also. It is worth a try with their trial period. Still if you use gmail...there has to be something better out there.
