I have been using Ixact for about 1 year now as the office database and marketing campaign e-mail program. I love the ease of use. It was easy to set up initially and has been easy to continue to use and explore. The agents like it and they find it provides plenty of options for specialized e-mails such as new listing announcements. They have great training videos and the support staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this program for agents or small firms to use as one big data base. Works great they offer a free 6 month trial and for the cost, will worth it.
