I will start by saying that my husband and I work as a team. Robert has 33 years of experience and I have 23 years. Since he was in the business years before I joined him, he had "his"way of doing things. I came on board 10 years later and as a "newby" full of energy, reading everything I could get my hands on, I was pushing "my way" and wanted to change all the systems that were't broken:) Haha! For years, I looked for a good contact management system that could help organize and manage our business. Without naming names, I tried several and spent tons of money needlessly. My husband's reluctance to participate came down to two issues: 1) We weren't able to download his database into the new system and 2) they were too complicated to learn. During the time we were trying to work out our differences and I was trying to convince him, we were maintaining two databases! Argh! That was the definition of insanity!!!! Then, came an introduction of IXACT at a seminar!!! I was sold (once again!), but this time Robert was too! The transition of our database was seamless. It has been easy to learn and whenever we have had a question, support was right there! I still do a lot of the data entry, but Robert has taken on the responsibility our email newsletter and he enters contact information as well. There is tons more that we could be doing with the system and will continue do so, especially using ALL of the automated systems. If you want a GREAT....not just good contact management system, then you owe it to your business to check out IXACT!! . Oh....and did I mention that it is affordable???
