I tried many different real estate CRM systems and settled on ixactcontact.com as the best -- at least for my objectives. Here the reasons I'm recommending ixactcontact.com:
- The software is cloud-based so I can access it on any of my Apple devices.
- I have a team and they can all access the database, which prevents duplication of effort.
- The platform allows us to track pending transactions and includes reminders for the things that have to get done as part of a buy or sell transaction.
- It accommodates DRIP campaigns and features a monthly newsletter that is pre-written with generic articles.
- It sends birthday greetings provided you have the client's birth date in the database.
- The mass mailing section accommodates either e-mail or snail mail and has some neat templates like "Just Sold" and "Just Listed".
- It has a campaign reporting feature that allows the user to see the percent opened for e-mails.
- It has a whole series of reports such as, for example, contacts who do not accept mass e-mails (in other words, they have asked to unsubscribe.)
- There are a series of training tutorials on video that are accessible on demand.
- Their customer service is very good. If you encounter a problem, they will help you fix it.
So...while ixactcontact.com isn't perfect, it's a very good, fairly priced system that will help you get things done...especially those things that are sometimes difficult to accomplish such as "stay in touch"e-mails. Based on all the various CRM systems I sampled, I decided that ixactcontact is the best for me.
