I've used many different CRM systems in my career, and in my real estate career IXACT Contact is the third - and final. Final because I won't be switching again - it works well. And as I learn more how I want to organize my data, the system becomes even simpler. I believe I'm 2 years in now - I blew through the other 2 in the first 2 years and then committed to IXACT.
In addition to capturing notes on client interaction, which is a must for me, I really like the deal organization. I love being able to capture, see, and track my active and complete deal activity.
What I've noticed is that the developers keep moving forward, and that is very much appreciated. And for me, the client support has been top notch for the team I usually get on the phone/email. Definitely a well rounded product that I depend on as a core element to my business.
